The Hobart SpoolRunner 100 Spool Gun Kit is quick and easy to install on the Hobart Handler 210MVP (Item# 20860, sold separately) or Handler 190 (Item# 20861, sold separately) — simply plug the lead into the feedhead, attach the trigger lead and flip the switch on the inside panel for spool gun operation. After installing the correct wire and gas for the job, you're ready to weld: Aluminum fabrication/repair, trailer fabrication/repair, auto and marine repair, sign manufacturing and more.

  • Great for aluminum MIG welding since the SpoolRunner 100 eliminates feeding problems often associated with soft aluminum
  • Capable of handling 4in. spools of wire, with adjustable spring-load tension and easily accessible drive rolls
  • MIG weld 16-ga.-1/4in. aluminum as well as mild and stainless steel wires with the Handler 210MVP
  • MIG weld 16-ga.-3/16in. aluminum with the Handler 190
  • Rated 150 Amps @ 60% duty cycle
